By accessing and using NexPost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Services

NexPost provides a digital matching service for professionals to coordinate job and shift swaps. We are a facilitator of connections and are not responsible for the final execution, legality, or employer approval of any resulting swaps.

3. User Accounts & Credits

Users must provide accurate information when registering. The purchase of premium credits via our payment gateways (e.g., PayFast) is subject to our refund policy. Credits hold no real-world monetary value outside the NexPost ecosystem.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the platform professionally. Harassment, fraudulent swap requests, or abuse of the messaging and matching systems will result in immediate account termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

NexPost is provided "as is". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or the failure of a scheduled swap.
